Novel Caronavirus (COVID-19)
We want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging situation and provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 health emergency. The SPC Leadership Team is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and its potential adverse impact on supply chain continuity.
As the number of cases continues to escalate globally, SPC is taking additional preventive measures such as site entry restrictions to stop the potential spread of the disease at our location. This includes but is not limited to freight carriers. Should carriers refuse to comply with these restrictions, customers with routing requirements may be asked to make changes.
The health and safety of our employees and customers remains a top priority and we are complying with all government requirements associated with our warehouse and offices. SPC’s warehouse is fully operational receiving incoming shipments from suppliers and making outgoing shipments to customers. However, continued government restrictions and limited availability of transportation may cause some delays in the supply chain.
SPC communicates regularly with our suppliers to capture updated status information and to keep our customers informed of any changes in potential severity of impact to delivery of components manufactured in regions of the world affected by the virus.
